Greetings.  Here are the highlights for February.

NO WATER WORK---do the best that you can.  It won't be a problem if you can't do some of the work.  Skip something if you don't know what to do.

 Math---Mrs. Redmond's math students see Mrs. Redmond's website.

           Mrs. Urrutia's math students see Mrs. Urrutia's website.

           My math class do pgs. 383-396.

Social Studies--study the vocabulary sheet that came home last week.

Religion--read and/or do the rest of chapter 17 and do chapter 18 (don't worry about highlighting).

Reading--work on your book project and study your vocab. words.  Be ready for a vocab. quiz.

Spelling--complete unit 34 and be ready for the test.

English--do pgs. 112-116 and in your practice book 2.2 do pages 39, 40, 41 and 87.  If you can't figure out what to do, don't do it.

Handwriting--you can go up to pg. 92.  Catch up on pages not completed.

Journals--write in them.

Phonics--do pgs. 122, 103, 104, 149 and 150.

BE CREATIVE--If there is anything you would like to do (i.e. write a book about your week or tell why we will be off next--we've done no electricity, snow, no water---what could be next?  How many buckets of snow does it take to fill the toilet tank?  How about your bathtub?) feel free.

March 17--Zero Visits for the 120th Day

March 17--Mass

March 17--Happy St. Patrick's Day

March 19--Out-of-Uniform for March Birthday People

March 20--Happy 1st Day of Spring

March 26--Book Project Due
